Nowadays Necrotic
enteritis is being treated with Penicillin’s (e.g. phenoxymethyl penicillin,
amoxycillin), in drinking water, or Bacitracin in feed (e.g. 100 ppm). These penicillin attack the cell wall of the bacteria
which will kill the bacteria.
